Deposits are seemless.

Transfers have been seemless. I once had an issue with making a deposit, transferred money manually into my Tembo account andvmoney got stuck. I chatted up the customer service team and recovered the money. The representative was very helpful and engaging till the issue was completely resolved. Reviewed on: 3rd February 2026
