Disappointed that they backtracked on their original...

Disappointed that they backtracked on their original claim that product rates would stay the same for both new and existing customers. They are providing the increased/bonus rates only for new customers and existing customers like us are still in the lower rate. Also almost all their savings products have become a bit confusing over the couple of months. The reason I joined Tembo was not to chase bonus rates. But this reason no longer exists now because Tembo also switched to limited time bonus for only new customers like others. So there is nothing new in Tembo anymore that differentiates them from the rest of the providers… Reviewed on: 16th April 2026

Best Cash ISA out there!!
