Tembo offers an attractive interest rate and an accessible, visually appealing app and FCA protection. One area that needs urgent improvement is the complexity involved when attempting to transfer funds to another provider: as Tembo is not a bank in the true sense it does not provide a bank sort code but offers a code which other providers do not yet recognise and therefore cannot implement transfers.
