Great rates, brilliant customer service and impeccable app with no issues with it at all. Always friendly and always up front and honest about what is going on - be it good or bad. Amazing ISA rate. Slick app. Great service from start to finish. ISA transferred in no time. I liked that it was all done online and I got lots of updates as things progressed. And Tembo is a name I can trust as they do more than just Savings. Reviewed on: 15th February 2025

After using Tembo for my mortgage I saw they offered a cash ISA at a really good rate so I am now saving with them too. As I was already a customer it was so easy to set up. I love the app. It’s so easy to use. It’s great to have my savings and mortgage advice all in one place. What a great idea! Well done Tembo. Reviewed on: 8th February 2025

One of the highest rate out there , but with an app...

One of the highest rate out there , but with an app that is fluid , cristal simple to navigate and very light. Also the rate is high without the fuss of a bonus rate being added. 2 things are simply missing : The ISA Cash is not a Flexible Cash ISA , and withdrawal is not using Faster Payment so that the money is withdrawn near instantaneously (8s to 5min max , with a warning it could take up to 2hrs) Reviewed on: 4th February 2025

I heard about Tembo through a friend at work, and I started putting money in a lifetime isa then I realised they also had a cash isa, I’ve been using both and the interest rates have gone up so much throughout my time saving with them. on the couple of occasions I’ve needed to use their customer service, it’s always been prompt and very helpful.
