New financial partner

Super user-friendly app

Super user-friendly app – transfers are instant, and the savings calculator gave me clear projections on bonuses and growth. The one niggle (why not 5): Document uploads for verification were a bit finicky – had to resubmit twice because the scanner rejected clear photos (edge detection issues?). Sorted quickly via chat, but it added unnecessary stress during a busy week. If you're saving for a house or remortgaging, Tembo is worth it – just double-check your docs first. HomeSaver is very competitive

The HomeSaver has a very competitive interest rate for the first year on a fairly substantial sum of £25,000 with the option to withdraw at any time, and earning £10 or more for a referral is a nice potential bonus. New kid on the block, shows promise.

Generally good, interest rates limited to low savings amounts. But great for 1st time buyers - the deal with a top-up rate is a brilliant idea. The on-app chat help is good but fizzles out halfway- very irritating. They do follow up with a mail but it takes over where you left off, so the conversation becomes fragmented. Motivation to save

Easy app to set up, and brilliant interst rate with motivating offer of increased bonus if take out mortgage with their brokers after a year of saving. I need this kind of motivation! Reviewed on: 5th March 2026
