wonderful service, above all others

We had a wonderful service, which was unlike any previous brokers we had. The most professionally effective experience with the Tembo team. The whole team Elly, Jack, Jon have brilliant communication skills, follow up on progress, solutions and negotiation skills with lenders on our behalf. They delivered all we needed and as NHS doctors, we were not charged any fees.. amazing service recommended for all especially NHS staff Reviewed on: 4th February 2025

Less Stress

Brilliant service from start to finish

Having bought many houses without a broker I was concerned the fees were high for something you 'don't need'. However - Tembo (Jess, Matt & Callum) were the best (only good) part of my daughters first house purchase experience. The process was quick and simple, and we changed the rate several times during the conveyancing as the rates improved. Thank you so much to the team - very much worth their fee. An amazingly easy and wonderful experience

Paul Herbert and Jessica Eley handled my case and they were both so lovely and went out of their way to find me a mortgage to meet my difficult needs. They were so friendly and easy to chat with, I really felt they were genuine and cared. Very honest and checked in with me even when their bit was done. Highly recommend Tembo which made this the easiest part of the moving process and Paul and Jess in particular for making me feel they had my back and my best interest. Thank you! 10/10 experience!

I came across Tembo only through an online search and I struck gold! My initial contact was Luke Bustin , the broker, who was totally efficient, reliable, knowledgeable and competent; Luke ensured that I provided him with absolutely all I needed to to submit a successful mortgage application to an appropriate lender. Phone calls and emails were answered promptly and there was a calm and unobtrusive authority over the process that rightly inspired my complete trust in his professional ethic. Luke then oversaw the process with colleague, Elly Bradshaw who again, impressed me with her efficient, competent and friendly approach. Nothing was too much trouble for either of them. I've since recommended Tembo (and these contacts) by word of mouth and am more than happy to do so formally on this forum.
