Can’t recommend enough

I used Tembo to help secure my mortgage as a first-time buyer, and I honestly couldn’t recommend them enough. Both Jodie and Billy have been amazing throughout every step of the process. As a first-time buyer, I was completely clueless about how everything worked, but they explained everything clearly and helped me understand all my options. After my first sale fell through, they supported me in securing another mortgage for a different property, which was slightly more complicated—but they still made it feel easy! Absolutely amazing experience!

Absolutely amazing experience!!! Tried a mortgage broker before using tembo, there were several issues meaning I wasn't able to get a mortgage for the property I wanted in the end. With tembo, the process was so simple, it was always easy to get in touch with my mortgage broker, and managed to sort my mortgage out within a few weeks. Thanks so much!!! I had a really positive experience with Tembo from start to finish. The whole process felt very straightforward and easy to navigate, which made a big difference. Everyone I spoke to was incredibly helpful, approachable and quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had. I never felt silly asking anything, so that stood out straight away. Where Tembo really impressed me though was towards the closing stage. I ended up dealing with quite a few issues with the seller and sellers lawyers delaying and although their part in the process had essentially concluded and this wasn't anything they were responsible for, they stepped in and supported me anyway. They gave really practical guidance on what I could do and helped move things along themselves when the situation become difficult. That level of support especially as a first time buyer and when they didn't have to get involved was greatly appreciated.
