Chelsea and Claudia were excellent throughout our mortgage application process. From the outset, they demonstrated a strong understanding of our circumstances and approached what was a relatively complex case with confidence and clarity. In particular, they were able to secure us a mortgage despite me being on a PhD stipend and both applicants working in fixed-term, sport-based roles—factors which can often make lending more challenging. Their communication was consistently clear, timely, and informative. They took the time to explain each stage of the process, ensuring we understood our options and felt confident in the decisions being made. They were also highly responsive to any questions we had, which helped to reduce uncertainty and made the experience far less stressful than it could have been. Beyond their technical expertise, Chelsea and Claudia were proactive and supportive throughout. They kept the process moving efficiently, liaised effectively with lenders, and ensured that any potential issues were addressed early. This level of diligence and organisation was particularly valuable given the nature of our employment circumstances. Amazing for my first time buyer mortgage

I used Tembo for my mortgage, as a first time buyer I was totally new to the process, Tembo was amazing from the very first point of contact, they made the process easy and explained and answered all my questions and queries fast and in a way that I understood. Would definitely recommend Matt and Elly!

I had a fantastic and friendly experience with Matt and Elly, who looked after me over a very long process, and helped me to secure a home when other brokers had near laughed me out of the door! Other companies I had spoken to prior either would not consider me because I had credit, or were impossible to speak to and left me waiting for weeks. Matt at Tembo gave me fair consideration and helped guide me to address what was needed to be to find a lender. He was always quick to respond to any questions or queries and afterwards Elly kept me informed at crucial moments. I would highly recommend the Tembo team as they have been great and are really lovely people who will try to help.
