We have bee trying to find a specific lender for a few months, Elly and kerry managed to find a lender in just a matter of days. They were very professional and I can't speak highly enough of them and how they went about their jobs. Kept us in constant progress and had absolutely no issues at all. We had an absolutely fantastic experience with Tembo and couldn’t recommend them highly enough. Jess and Gemma have both been incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, making what could have been a stressful journey feel smooth and manageable. Jess in particular has been an informative and supportive presence from start to finish. As first-time buyers, there was so much we didn’t know, but she took the time to explain everything clearly and patiently. She always made herself available to answer our questions and queries, no matter the time of day, which made a huge difference and gave us real peace of mind. Gemma was also brilliant, ensuring everything stayed on track and providing consistent support along the way. Together they made us feel genuinely cared for and supported, not just like another case number. Luke Bustin and Elly Bradshaw at Tembo were brilliant throughout my house purchase. They were always friendly, approachable, and happy to explain things clearly, which made the whole process feel far less stressful.
