First Time House Purchase.

The service we have had from Tembo from the very beginning of the process has been first class. It's our first time purchasing a property and without the help from both Jennifer and Emma we truly don't believe we would have made the leap to getting on the property ladder. They are extremely patient, informative and most importantly customer focused! They have answered every question we've thrown their way with no hesitation nor delay - If and when we go through this process again in the (hopefully distant) future then we will look no further than the company that has made everything seamless. Very helpful from a first time buyer point of view. Both my case manager Chelsea and advisor Fae have been very helpful explaining the process which was all new to me. From start to finish, they were incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and supportive throughout the entire process. Despite our difficult situations, Karl didn't give up on us until He was able to help us secure the best rate suitable for our condition. We had a really good experience with James and Chels...

We had a really good experience with James and Chelsea while sorting our mortgage. James was easy to deal with from the start. James was really knowledgeable. He explained everything in a way that actually made sense and helped us find a deal that suited us. We had a few complications along the way with job changes and relocating, and he was genuinely helpful through all of it, always on hand to guide us and keep things moving. Chelsea was great as well. She kept everything organised behind the scenes and made sure we were always up to date with what was going on. If we had any questions, she was quick to respond and really helpful. Overall, the whole process felt a lot less stressful than we expected, and that’s down to both of them. Really appreciate all their help and would definitely recommend them.
