Amazing brokers who are great at communication :)

We had an amazing experience using Tembo as a mortgage broker. We were lucky enough to receive the service free of charge as me and my partner both hold Lifetime ISAs with Tembo. Our broker, Rachel, and our case manager Emma were both so helpful and responded to any questions or queries we had extremely promptly and made sure we understood the process from start to finish. We were also lucky enough that we were able to have our rates reviewed before completion and they were able to find us an even better rate than we had originally been offered. I can’t thank Kane G. and Callum D. enough for the incredible support throughout my mortgage process. From start to finish they were absolutely amazing. They were patient, always took the time to explain things clearly, and made what could have been a stressful process feel straightforward and manageable. Communication was excellent the whole way through. They kept me updated at every stage, responded quickly to any questions I had, and made sure I fully understood everything before moving forward. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble for them. Their professionalism, knowledge, and genuine care really stood out. They made the whole experience feel easy and smooth, and I’m so grateful for all the help and guidance they provided. Couldn’t recommend Tembo enough!

We have had a fantastic experience with Tembo throughout my entire home buying experience. Ben and Amy have been there for every question or query we had and were always on hand to offer advice if needed. Specifically Ben who we had multiple phone calls with as we are first time buyers and are new to the whole process. He explained everything and made it all much simpler than I had expected it to be! I had a free mortgage adviser service as part of my savings account. Ashley was an excellent support during my mortgage application for my first home. Likewise, after I made an offer on a property and started the purchasing process, the team and Tembo kept in contact and were able to respond promptly to any queries that I had.
