Had excellent customer service from someone who phoned me back dead on time at the time he said he would he saved us £400 at least and talked us through every step of insurance. Was trying to arrange BTL but the mortgage provider was very specific that the insurer had to be a member of a certain association & provide sanitary wear cover. This was all while arranging a move. The agent was really patient & called back at the agreesed times plus he went above & beyond contacting the insurers to confirm the details.
