Dami is a gem and you need to give her a pay rise (best believe). I was having issues with my app (month long issues btw) and she was very creative in solving the issues and was real smooth throwing in an add-on that is pretty cool to have too. The entire conversation with her lasted less than 8 minutes but I could feel her warmth shining through on this cold January afternoon. She was calm and polite too.
