Business Internet Banking

Tide have fully understood and followed the market changes using Digitisation. Small and large businesses are starting to require bridging software to maintain their financial transactions and submit returns. Some high street banks are still using old third party methods, but not Tide. Reviewed on: 27th January 2020

Clear, Efficient, Helpful banking

Tide business banking provides clear, efficient banking that helps to alleviate the pressures placed on us as a business. Extremely helpful and open to suggestions they are constantly improving their banks offering and innovation. Very large thumbs up! Reviewed on: 26th January 2020

Tide saved us

Tide gave us a chance when other banks were not interested. We now turnover circa £1million a year with them, we are beta testers for them and use their Euro account which is simply awesome and the conversion rates are some of the best on the market Reviewed on: 26th January 2020

Good

The app is useful and easy to follow. The customer service is good. The only tricky think is that as a business owner I need to be able to get bank notes changed for coins and this is not possible with Tide as tide has no physical branches. If I try to use the post office (which accept the tide card to allow me to pay money in), they charge a fee for change, which is no good to me. If this could be addressed my feedback about my experience with Tide would be more positive. Reviewed on: 23rd January 2020

Supports Small Businesses Like Me

Was looking around the high street for a business banks. Everyone else had expensive deals, all I needed was a simple bank with very low fees. Tide was one of it and it was super easy to set up an account too! Reviewed on: 23rd January 2020
