Great value for money and reasonable annual increases

I am so glad to know HFTL insurance for many reasons, but specifically the annual premium is extremely reasonable. The annual increase is only ever incremental. I don't feel like I'm being fleeced or feel that I have to look around for a different product. All contact with the organisation has been highly professional and all my queries have been resolved straight away. What more could you ask? Please keep doing what you're doing. Sensibly priced comprehensive insurance for landlords

We have used HFIS for over 15 years. We have never had to make a claim, but the renewal process has always been smooth. No problem with Housing Benefit tenants. Some of the big advertisers demand that landlords evict Housing Benefit tenants or seek insurance elsewhere. It is in the fine print which no-one ever reads. Top marks to a company who have kept our growing portfolio insured over the last 15 years. Reviewed on: 16th September 2020

Very helpful with flooding issue

We have a house at the seaside and many insurance companies mark it as a flood risk and don't want to even quote. Luckily the staff at Hamilton Fraser checked it for us (as that is based on outdated information) and arranged the insurance for us in no time! Reviewed on: 16th September 2020
