Poor service

They say: Thank you for your email. We aim to respond to you within 3-5 working days. Alternatively, if the matter is urgent, please contact us on 0345 310 6385. Claims Team I say: 3-5 days to RESPOND to an email , in a nut shell piss poor , you don't need awards you need more staff Reviewed on: 9th August 2020
