Easy to add properties or change details, competitive premiums and comprehensive cover. The monthly newsletters are a bonus and always useful and help me stay on top of my game. As I landlord I need to be sure that I am doing everything right for my tenants. Hamilton Fraser helps me do that. They give me everything I know I need. And then they go further - they give me all the stuff I didn't realise I needed as well: their insurance covers all the necessary areas in a single package; they keep me informed of changes affecting landlords in the UK with their news-letter; they are easy to talk to over the phone.
