Very slow to respond to a claim

I had to work really hard and for a long time before my claim was paid, for just a standard proven storm damage and for a very small amount of £1800. Not smooth riding at all Reviewed on: 7th September 2023

Unhelpful and reluctant.

My first ever claim in something like 13 years and they wriggled out of everything and because I made a claim I ended up having history to my account which increased my next premium. Policy says you have to report but in following the rules you are then penalised. Reviewed on: 25th August 2023
