Very low fee, innovative, not everything available, late dividends

Came here for the promise of low fees, that was delivered (only securities lending is taken), definetelly has allowed me to be able to invest at all. Love fractional shares and pies, would like more transparency of the direction T212 is going (e.g. sudden changes like min €1 per pie slice and 0.7% deposit fee if not using bank transfers) but overall very pleased. Has a limited amount of stocks and has a problem with late dividend payments (although they said they were working on improving that) Reviewed on: 18th January 2021

Cheap and super functional

This is the cheapest ISA investment platform. It is gradually becoming a titan in terms of the funds/stocks it offers. I think the entire industry is going to have to wake up to the way Trading212 is doing things as I don't see many reasons for them to be viewed as realistic competition for the DIY investor 10/10 Reviewed on: 18th January 2021

A no-brainer, especially for beginners

Pros - Entirely Free. (even no FX fee) - Good UI and UX - Auto-invest - Investment Pies - Web interface Cons - Support is not the best - slow to respond. It would be good to scale up support team and add live chat (e.g. Intercom) Reviewed on: 18th January 2021

perfect for my needs

never had an issue wth deposits or withdrawals, the lack of fee's mean I can focus entirely on increasing my returns and the staff are amazingly helpful no matter the issue. the community forums are a positive place to hang out or exchange pointers and information and the platform is constantly expanding in size and features on offer. the best platform for retail investors in Europe by far. 100% free trading!

I've been using t212 for a while now, the service is excellent and most importantly free. On top of this the trading 212 forum is the best I've found. Not only do you have new investors looking for help but more experienced investors that are only ever happy to help. Overall I struggle to say anything bad about the trading 212 experience. I highly recommend you try it out. To note I've been told that t212 is not for beginners and your better off paying a broker for advice. I think this is wrong and I have a paid subscription elsewhere, currently none of the recommendations this other paid broker have given are profitable yet my t212 account is up over 50% with self sourcing and forum recommendations through trading 212. The combined auto funding pie function with isa is a must have for a worry free future. Reviewed on: 18th January 2021

Hands down the best truly free investment platform.

Completely free investing platform with better execution than competitors. A responsive team on the forum who are quick to add new stocks if requested. A thoroughly better platform than the others, and importantly, no fees or charges for ISAs or investing accounts. Reviewed on: 18th January 2021

Excellent experience and highly recommended

I have used many brokers in my time so know the alternatives. Trading 212 impresses me a lot. The pros are: 0 fees (truely, no catch), 0 commission on currency exchange, fractional shares, autoinvest, pies, invest by value, great client community in which there is active participation by Trading 212 staff. Fast turn around on queries. Continual improvement of trading app that so as to regularly provide clients with innovative features. The new autoinvest into self-determined pies feature is revolutionary. You can make a pie that 5% Amazon, 5% Microsoft, etc. When you buy £100 worth of the pie you will be buying £5 worth of Amazon. I am an experienced investor and it is good for people like me - but particularly good for new investors. Rather than buy 1 share of Amazon, which costs around $3200 presently, you can buy as little as 0.001 share for $3.20. Since there is no fee, you can, at low cost, make many small investments, daily, weekly, monthly, building up savings as you like. This is impossible using brokers who charge £7.95 per trade or more. You can move in an out of positions without losing a fee each time. I am happy that Trading 212 is a company with a 10+ year history, profitable, FCA regulated and FSCS protection of cash balances. It is no surprise that they have rapidly grown and have been able to tell the user community that in January 2021 they now have 1 million user accounts and 2 billion assets under management.
