Easy to use ISA with room for improvement

I’ve been using Trading 212’s Stocks and Shares ISA and overall my experience has been positive. The app is very user-friendly, especially for beginners, and it’s easy to buy and manage investments. I also like that there are no commission fees, which makes it more accessible for smaller investors. However, there are a few downsides. Customer support can be slow at times, and during periods of high market activity the app can lag or become less responsive. It would also be helpful to have more in-depth research tools and analysis available within the platform. Overall, it’s a good option for those starting out or looking for a simple, low-cost ISA, but there is still some room for improvement. Reviewed on: 10th April 2026

It’s easy to use.

It’s easy to use. The app itself is easy to navigate around. It gives you all the information about stocks and shares. It’s really great for anyone who is new to this. I like the new update where you can shake your phone to get privacy so I can look and keep track of my finances in public without the app showing too much. Reviewed on: 10th April 2026
