Great for pre existing medical conditions

It was easy to buy online and enter pre existing conditions. Also easy to contact on the phone to update medical information too. Nice email on return asking if we needed to claim and telling us how to. Fantastic experience. We didn’t need to claim so can’t comment on claim procedure. Reviewed on: 13th August 2018

Helpful information after purchasing policy.

Took time to enter all my husbands health problems but found preset condition information helpful. Price was good compared to others. Received message to make sure we were covered, had we already booked a trip because I’d started insurance policy to start at beginning of next month.
