Great for pre existing medical conditions

It was easy to buy online and enter pre existing conditions. Also easy to contact on the phone to update medical information too. Nice email on return asking if we needed to claim and telling us how to. Fantastic experience. We didn’t need to claim so can’t comment on claim procedure. Reviewed on: 13th August 2018

Good value

Needed insurance after have g Covid which lead to long Covid and new asthma. My current provider would no longer cover me . After lots of searching I found this company to provide good cover at a reasonable price. Haven’t needed to claim yet Reviewed on: 15th October 2023

Best of the rest.

Excellent company and happy to say I will always use Travel insurance 4 medical for all my future travel. They paid out when I couldn't travel due to hospital stay they were so helpful. Best value best service

Great service, great communication

I found the price competitive and the follow up communication was excellent. They messaged when our holiday started to remind us of contacts to use if we needed them and also when our holiday finished to give us good wishes which I thought was a nice touch.
