During the process of sorting out travel insurance I felt very confident that I was well informed on, what can sometimes be, quite a challenging ordeal for me. knowing I have the best cover for me and, having compared a few prices, I am more than happy with the rate I am paying. Booking travel insurance

I had problems booking on line so used Chat Line with query. Within five minutes I got a telephone call - I paid over the phone and immediately received all paperwork by Email with the promise to post the requested paper documentation. All very efficient and helpful and I spoke to someone without any accent who was easy to talk to! Reviewed on: 1st September 2017

Emergency medical support

My husband was taken ill whilst on holiday in Crete in 2014. The support team were very helpful in terms of his medical requirement and recovery, extended accommodation and return journey back home. We returned to Crete in 2016 and will be going again this year (2017) and have insured with this company on both occasions for good cover at an acceptable price. Reviewed on: 31st August 2017
