I have had to add on details to the 2 policies I have taken out 4 times and there has been no problem at all, the staff being very pleasant and willing. Last year there was a small mistake and the Manager rang up personally to apologise. I am in my 80's and this is far the best travel insurance I have used. Reviewed on: 20th August 2017
