This insurance was easy to set up and was great value considering both mine and my wife's medical conditions, fortunately we didn't need to claim, so can't comment on the claims procedure, communication was excellent during the insured period. I used your insurance company to cover my elderly mother who this year was celebrating her 90th birthday. She has several pre- existing conditions and the online application made it fairly easy to gain the information (cost) I required. I haven't had to claim on this cover before thank goodness, but assume that if the application is as easy surely the claiming would be too. Reviewed on: 5th July 2017

Have been using Travel Insurance 4 Medical since my husband was no longer covered by our annual travel insurance policy through the bank. They provide excellent cover and peace of mind. Good value for money

I was very surprised and pleased with the amount of insurance offered. I have a few medical conditions and the cover provided was very good value, also considering my age. Luckily I didn't have any illnesses on holiday and didn't have to claim. I have already taken out another policy for my next holiday in October! Reviewed on: 5th July 2017
