Felt valued instead of a burden.

Having had cancer in 2013 I then found trying to get holiday insurance would often prove to be almost unthinkable unless you had loads of money to cover in nearly every circumstance the astronomical costs, coupled with the fact I also take blood pressure medication and cholesterol pills I was made to feel like a leper!! However one day I chanced upon Insurance 4 Medical and was pleasantly surprised to find the whole process was incredibly easy, non intrusive and most definitely I wasn't made to feel like I shouldn't even be thinking about going on a holiday outside of the UK. Our first time using your company we went on a Baltic cruise which as you can imagine involved several countries, even Russia! The whole process of buying the insurance was to my mind a 'doddle', the cost was amazing and now we're going on another cruise this year, this time to the Mediterranean visiting many countries and again I cant emphasise enough, what a pleasure it is to deal with this company who actually make you feel valued instead of a burden they don't want to insure. i was worried that the cost of covering a two week trip to USA with my daughter who has a medical condition would be extortionate. But after finding your site and doing the forms, I was amazed to see it was only a fraction more than normal insurance with other companies who couldn't cover her condition. After trawling through the endless morass of highly expensive medical insurances I was lucky enough to find this one. prices were significantly lower with no loss of cover and no hidden additions. As a pensioner this mattered a lot. It made the difference of me having a holiday or not. , it was easy to arrange and everything went as smoothly as you could wish, all documentation was sent to me quickly, the whole process was simple and it was a weight off my mind.
