I am travelling to Italy next week with a travel group and they have recommended that I take out travel insurance for the trip. To be as brief as possible, I never normally worry about taking out insurance, probably due to the fact that I haven't travelled outside the UK for ages and that I am quite a healthy person for my age. Therefore having to get travel cover quickly, I wasn't quite sure what to do until my father and sister told me to get in touch with your office as a recommended company. Thank you very much for coming to my aid so quickly with a solution that hasn't required me to pay out a huge sum of money, and helping me to spread my travel wings again! A Satisfied Customer

It was simple buying insurance on line and when I had to cancel my holiday I was refunded quickly and easily although the excess I had to pay was quite high but I should have noticed that when I bought that particular insurance policy. Reviewed on: 28th July 2017

Public hospital

Had a long winded letter basically telling me this is not private health insurance. I was taken off a cruise so time was important as the ship left at 8,o'clock that evening.The on board doctor made the appointment at this hospital.Had a scan which I paid for and was then told to find a public hospital. Could not walk at the time and did not fancy getting a bus to another hospital where waiting times are 4-7hrs. People who think they are getting a good deal with this company beware,they want you in a public hospital because you are covered by your EHIC card.This means they don't pay any money for treatment.
