I have never before arranged a travel insurance policy so efficiently and in my case I am insuring for pre-existing conditions. I organised it online but subsequently need help which I was willingly given by Melissa who could not have been more helpful and who clearly knew her way around the system and also had an in-depth knowledge of heart problems. Please do not allow her to leave as I would certainly wish to speak to her again if I have a problem when I renew next year! Reviewed on: 21st September 2016
