Peace of mind.

It was such a relief to be able to obtain some travel insurance for someone with a pre-existing medical condition (atrial fibrillation). This was stable but the person was awaiting a procedure (which has now happened with good results!) so our previous provider was unable to cover us for that condition. When the policy was converted from a single trip to an annual one the customer service team were friendly and efficient.
