Great for pre existing medical conditions

It was easy to buy online and enter pre existing conditions. Also easy to contact on the phone to update medical information too. Nice email on return asking if we needed to claim and telling us how to. Fantastic experience. We didn’t need to claim so can’t comment on claim procedure. Reviewed on: 13th August 2018

Best travel insurance I’ve used! No complaints

Had to make a few claims due to hospital stays during our travels and the team could not have been better. They were easy to contact and explained all the information we needed to give to them and then sorted everything else out for us. Meant that we didn’t have any other added stress and didn’t have to be out of pocket during our travels as they paid the hospitals for us.
