I couldn’t be happier with Triodos. Not only are they ethical and fair, their customer service is second to none, with real people on the phone who know what to do and are warm and friendly. Reviewed on: 4th March 2025

Great ethics and great service.

My business has banked with Triodos for 8 years, and I have nothing but praise for them. We selected them as their enviromental and ethics behaviour matched our own views, however we've also found their customer service to be exceptional. It's refreshing to be able to call them and have a human being answer the phone, who understands our query and deals with it. Reviewed on: 4th March 2025

Triodos enabled our community to become self-reliant and develop into an excellent place to live, work and visit. By giving us a bank loan we were able to develop renewable energy which means we save carbon and have a long-term income. Reviewed on: 23rd February 2025
