Proud to be a customer

I feel proud when I explain to colleagues that my business bank is Triodos. Proud because every penny that is in my business bank account is helping to make a better tomorrow for our children. They are a great bank to deal with - their customer service - when I have needed it - is easily contactable, and you speak to a real person which for me is infinitely preferable to speaking to a machine. use your money for what it matters

With triodos your money won't be used for fracking, coal, weapons or any other moral questionable investment. Online banking is just right but I have to say it has improved during last year's. Reviewed on: 4th March 2025

We should all use this bank

We wouldn't have managed to grow our business to what we are today without the personalised help triodos has provided us with. From expanding the our farm 15 years ago, helping us rebuild our barn and install solar panels and helping us through the last 5 years. Great banking with no hassle

Our community environmental group have been banking with Triodos for over seven years. We have found it easy to use and the staff are always patient and helpful whether by telephone or online. This bank never bombards you with unnecessary or promotional material. It is more interested in getting on with straightforward banking. No frills, less bills. Reviewed on: 4th March 2025
