Ethical banking!!

banking that makes sense long-term

When I applied for a Triodos business banking account I was pleased and surprised by the thoroughness of their assessment of how my micro-business worked. It appears to me that Triodos is one of the few banks that puts its money where its mouth is, and I like that. In addition, as I understand it, Triodos does not, unlike most banks, use its customers' funds to implement policies that utlilise leverage to a degree that creates a serious risk of their loss. As a result, through banking with Triodos I feel safe and I feel comfortable. This is something I have never felt with any other bank. Reviewed on: 17th April 2021

Friendly ethical bank

I joined Triodos because of their refreshing and vital decision to operate as an ethical bank. Having now banked with them both as a personal customer and as a business for several years I would also like to add they are one of the friendliest and most helpful of all the banks I have used over the last 30 years. Flawless banking

I have banked with Triodos since 2008, initially as a business and then as an individual. The entire time with Triodos has been a joy - any (tiny) problems have been sorted out quickly by their highly informed and friendly staff. Not once have i felt frustrated - something to be celebrated when it comes to banking! Triodos offer a great range of services and it is wonderful to know that my money - and businesses money is being looked after by people with the same ethics and world view as my own.
