This ISA was really easy to set up, online banking is easy to use, and it is great to know that my money supports ethical projects. I try to be ethical and environemntally friendly in other parts of my life, so this fits perfectly, the savings rate is also ok. I love receiving updates on projects my money helps to fund. It is run efficiently, its online services are easy to use, it is completely accountable to its users and it shares with them news of the projects it is supporting.
