Easy to manage accounts online. Friendly and professional customer service and support. Most importantly is their ethics, and how the are moving on with the times; understanding the importance of environmental sustainability- taking notice of what is important. A truly sustainable, transparent and ethical bank

I love the fact that Triodos is so transparent in its lending policy ,and thus able to share stories of what their lending has achieved for sustainable and ethical businesses. It should be what all banks do, but what a releif to find a bank that will not bankroll fossil fuels , arms deals, or anything else that'll end in destruction of natural resources, our air quality our forests and oceans and in the end our only world. A bank with a conscience

I switched to Triodos many years ago because they offer ethical investments and appear to have a real social conscience, unlike any other bank I have dealt with. We need more banking like this. Reviewed on: 15th January 2022

Helping others is a gain

One of the blights on financial services is the requirement to 'maximise shareholder value', which rapidly degenerates into profiteering and asset-stripping which has had a detrimental effect on public life and has increased poverty. Ethical investing benefits many people rather than a few and those of us who invest ethically are content with a small return over time, which, at least maintains the purchasing value of our investment taking inflation into account. Investment which doesn't ignore the climate emergency

I am thankful to have found at least one bank which isn't investing in projects and companies that are ignoring or causing the climate emergency affecting every person on the planet. And it obviously works as a business model! Reviewed on: 15th January 2022
