Triodos bank provide an excellent service.

Triodos bank provide an excellent service. The main benefit for me is knowing that the money in my ISA is being invested in a way that benefits ethical business and is good for the planet. I’ve been keeping an ISA for well over a decade now, and I’ve always appreciated the fact that they have been doing ethical banking in the UK for quite a long time. They’ve always been helpful on the phone, when needed, and they keep me up to date regularly with the latest scam alerts, interest rates, new products, and with newsletters. I wish they had a pension plan, because I’d move my private pension over to them for sure. I’m retired now and am left with a pension pot from my last employer, so perhaps it may happen. Sustainable and local investing

Knowing my money is being stored in an institution that invests in sustainable and local projects is enough for me to say that Triodos is the most positive banking experience I've ever had. I don't have anything else to say about the bank, what I want to drive home is that I will always invest is sustainable banking and encourage everyone around me to do the same.
