Customer service is the best i have experienced in the UK. Having wasted weeks of my life calling customer services in other banks\organisations and giving up after an hour on hold, Triodos Bank was amazing. I 100% recommend Triodos Bank

The only slight drawback is that they're not very widespread so access to a branch can be tricky, however with the internet that is largely overcome. Other than that they've been great for me. Reviewed on: 17th April 2025
