Approachable and Responsive Bank

Approachable and responsive bank which values customer experience and ethical choices is modelling how the banking sector can work as an ally to people and the planet, which is more important to me than anything else. If I wanted a tired, old bank with a tired interface and a history of prioritising returns through investment in arms and fossil fuels I wouldn’t be here. Triodos offered me a bank account when I didn’t have one. I consider them as having helped me to get back on my feet after going through a very difficult personal time and making me feel like I could engage with a system that aligns with my values not against them. They are also great on the phone and consistently improving the functionality of their service, one I found the most impactful was being able to use my phone wallet as a method of payment. Great value ethical investments

I have several Triodos Ethical investments including fixed rate bonds and a stocks and shares isa. The historical returns on the ISA and the fixed rate on the bonds are both competitive, particularly for ethical investments. Triodos is a bank I trust and as such, I have every confidence of their due diligence when picking which organisations to invest in. I highly recommend them. Reviewed on: 15th April 2025

Easy to set up, great to see money put to good use.

Setting up account was very quick. Communications from the bank are helpful and not too frequent which is a big plus. It is important to us that our money is being invested sustainably which Triodos clearly do. It is good to see the impact projects are having. Our moneybis being put to good use.
