Personal friendly and ethical

A great banking experience, the only time I have had to contact them about arranging a withdraw, I received a personal reply unique to my query and instructions how to go about what I wanted to achieve. It's also great to get the regular updates about what my savings are helping to fund, rather than just being a big shoe box to store cash in and hope for the best. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021
