I have been banking with Triodos since I was old enough to understand what ethical investing is, and I cannot fault them. My first account was as a teenager, and now in my thirties, I have never strayed for them - in fact I only bank with Triodos, whereas I used to have a bank with one of the 'big' banks for ease. That simply isn't necessary anymore - you do not have to choose ethics over ease, and Triodos is an exemplar of this. Reviewed on: 20th April 2026

Great ethical investments which are easy to access

I am very picky about what I am willing to invest in as I want my investments to be as ethical as possible. Triodos have excellent investment funds with this exact purpose in mind. They also make it very easy to get started as you can invest easily through online banking. I particularly like their Pioneer Impact Fund and Future Generations Fund. You can also support individual projects through their separate crowdfunding platform. I would recommend Triodos to anyone who wants to make sure their investments are supporting positive initiatives, especially given how easy their platforms are to use. Reviewed on: 20th April 2026

Triodos puts my money where it will bring benefits to young people, without whose advancement and education our future looks insecure. Traditional high street backs are highly dangerous in their continuing financial backing to fossil fuel and armament focussed business. We need more ethical investment—Triodos is showing the way.
