I have been with Triodos Bank for maybe 20 years and...

I have been with Triodos Bank for maybe 20 years and they have always been helpful but the most important aspect is the Newsletters and the stories of the investments they have made to environmental projects and start-up companies with environment emphasis. A highly personal service

Although I do not do internet banking Triodos are able to accommodate me. I always get helpful responses when I phone. It feels like a personal service and I greatly value that my money is invested in ethical sound projects, including small innovative businesses. Reviewed on: 26th March 2024

Ethics matter to me

I like that I know my money is being used for things I value, that I can ask questions about what it is doing. I might be able to get a better return elsewhere but that would not sit easily with me without the ethical aspect. Reviewed on: 26th March 2024
