Currently Triodos Bank is the most ethical investment option for the everyday banker. They are transparent with sharing how your savings are being invested by them. It is easy to find information about their investment choices, whether using their app or website. Whenever I have spoken to their customer service staff, they are helpful, informed, and polite. Great choice for a more sustainable and fair future with different savings and investment options to explore. Easy, ethical and very clear.

Easy ethical and very clear. No fancy promises. Feels solid. I may not get the highest interest but I feel very clean investing with Triodos and advise all my friends to do the same if we want a better future for our children. Reviewed on: 20th March 2026

Triodos go above and beyond

I've been using Triodos for years and I think they go above and beyond. My example is the recent Sarah Raven liquidation. Triodos not only got in touch to explain what had happened, they explained what they had learned from it and send letters to explain what the subsequent letters from the 'company bailiffs' meant.
