Inspiring ethics and the very best customer service

Their customer service is outstanding - after a very short wait, I speak to informed, articulate, responsive person who sounds genuinely motivated to resolve my issue - and always does so. I never have to chase up actions: they are always done after the first call. Their commitment to making the world a better place, and doing the right thing is so deeply inspiring. It is so important to me that I have the option of investing in genuinely ethical businesses (not a greenwashed investment fund like so many sadly are. They genuinely believe in what they do, I think they are a shining light in teh world of finance. Reviewed on: 10th April 2025

The Stocks and Shares ISA allows me to invest in ethical businesses that align with my values. It has good interest rates compared to my other investments. I also have depository receipts which have been hard to sell for the past few years and depreciated in value. However, now they can be sold. Reviewed on: 10th April 2025
