A caveat for the disabled.

I already have a savings account with Triodos and wished to add an ISA. Unfortunately it is not possible to open one without the use of a smart phone of certain level of specification/security. Because I have physical impairment, I cannot use touch screen technology and the bank have been unable to offer an alternative. Fortunately there are other savings providers and platforms out their that I can invest with and some where I can even stipulate into which way my funds are directed. ie ethically. Whilst the level of customer service is good and correspondence has been clear and logical, I cannot recommend the bank to anyone with a disability, who might similarly be disappointed by their inflexibility of protocols. Prompt and flexible responses to telephone queries

It's easy to get through by telephone with a wide range of enquiries regarding ISAs and current account. Where the first responder to queries is unable to answer a more searching question, I've found it straightforward to escalate to an employee with more specialised knowledge. We have been banking with TRIODOS for over 10 years and have many Charity & Business Accounts as well as a Current Account and an On-Line Saver. It is easy to contact them on-line and or call to discuss any challenges or questions about any financial investments. We know our money is being directed to many ethical, sustaining projects, which benefit people and our planet. No funds go towards making war toys, or causing harm by experimental drugs.
