Terrible bank

A Bank whose Values I Share

All my dealings with Triodos have been safe and efficient and the several Triodos products that I have have performed adequately. My main reason for choosing Triodos is because of their values. I don't yet have a cheque account with Triodos because I value having a local branch - but I may change. I'm still with TSB Scotland for this but they have moved a long way from the Trustees Savings Bank that they were when I joined and they are now Spanish, with an unremarkable environmental policy. Triodos Stocks and Shares ISA feels like a good investment

I have held this ISA since 2014 and have found the increase in value to be more than acceptable. The feedback I get from Triodos gives me a flavour of the enterprises invested in and also makes for interesting reading. I have never had a problem communicating with Triodos and find their website easy to use. Reviewed on: 4th March 2021

Excellent customer service
