Ever since COVID I was struggling to pay off my debts gained during my unemployment. My bank was refusing to help and I looked in the App Store on a whim and was so shocked to see I was accepted, and the APR given to me was amazing. It's been incredibly straight forward and the chat feature is perfect for someone like me who can't sit on the phone waiting for a response. Overall incredibly satisfied. Reviewed on: 11th April 2023

Easy online application for my initial loan, with great support from both AI (I think) and agents. Money not paid immediately but in reasonable time. Also had the option to pay direct to creditors, which I didn’t use but is helpful. After that, Updraft reached out when I was preapproved for further loans and helped me clear other more expensive debt when I otherwise wouldn’t have. Great product and easy communication, thanks!
