Easy, clear, useful

Really easy to explore your options. Very clearly communicates each step of the process and the key information you need. And I appreciate that you can pay off credit cards directly from the app. Would love to see that added for PayPal Credit too down the line. Haven't had to use their customer service yet, so can't comment on that. But that I haven't needed to yet is a great sign of the smoother process. Reviewed on: 8th April 2024

I was struggling with the neverending cycle of fees...

I was struggling with the neverending cycle of fees on my credit card debt. Paying £100-200 a month, not using the card for anything as it was maxed out, and by the next statement £70+ in fees. It had become unmanageable. I have paid off the debt thanks to the personal loan, and frozen the card. Simple monthly payment of £120 to updraft and the loan will be paid off in 3 years, or less once my finances are up together, and I can pay a bit more off each month. Reviewed on: 8th April 2024

I've never had such an easy, comprehensive, efficient and cared for service when seeking financial products- Updraft made everything clear and painless as I could have hoped for l. Good overall, Quick quote, pay back early no fees

It was pretty good overall, Very quick for a quote and they gave a good quote. I decided to go with them and managed to consolidate my debt (or most of it) with the loan. I can pay back extra if required.fof nothing extra which is fantastic! Reviewed on: 7th April 2024
