Quick Responses and very helpful

They are very quick with responses and give clear instructions on how to sort a situation out. Very polite staff and only reason they mot excellent is because they got one of my payment allocations wrong but they was quick to recifiy the situation. Reviewed on: 14th March 2024

They have actually improved my financial life and I can’t thank them enough. The app is super easy to use and intuitive, as well as being one of the best looking apps for banking. Might sound a bit dramatic but updraft saved my mental health, I was having a financial crisis thinking how to clear my credit card debts. The early repayment options save you on interest, allow you to pay more when you can and settle loans early are a great help.
