Quick, Easy and Simple.

Quick, Easy and Simple. Never had an issue with any part of the app or their service. Friendly, polite and professional staff too. The app is available 24/7 and you can even drop them messages in a chat any time, which I think is great as you don't always remember what you wanted to say later when someone is open again and they usually respond the next day. What an absolute load of rubbish.

What an absolute load of rubbish. Did not even bother to tell me I wasn't eligible. If I'm not eligible then fair enough, but no email confirmation, I had to check back on the app several hours later. Sorry but its 2024 and this level of customer service just isn't acceptable anymore. Reviewed on: 5th January 2024
