A minimum Platform fee of £48 per year for people with less than £32,000 in their account is just not on. I thought that they would scrap the Platform Fee to remain competitive with other platforms instead the introduced a minimum of £4 per month. They do not compete with others. Low Fee Index Investing - The Best in the Business

Dabbled in specific funds but eventually settled on Lifestrategy Fund - set it and forget it and still low fees. Not as whizzy on their UX as some providers (please give us an app!) but does the job and without fanfare. Reviewed on: 18th January 2023

Excellent customer service

Recently moved my pension to Vanguard, the whole process was very smooth, they followed up for the tax relief which came in after the transfer. Customer service are polite and knowledgeable. Very happy. Reviewed on: 14th February 2022
