Very unhelpful Customer Service

I've raised a complaint due to their mobile app showing me the wrong available credit. Their Customer Resolutions responded to me that this is OK as the adviser to whom I've reported the fault reset my online banking. (?!) This was the 'adviser's' letter... Reviewed on: 14th May 2017

GOOD FOR POOR CREDIT HOWEVER
